3BO
3 broadens the excitation band of the phosphor BAM around 400
nm and enhances the emission intensity under 400
nm light excitation. The emission of the phosphor BAM doped with 6% H
3BO
3 has optimum blue emission, with good CIE (Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage, International Commission on Illumination) chromaticity coordinates
