Description
Summary:A facile approach to control the cooling rate of high temperature charging was first suggested. The furnace tube surrounded with electrical wires was put into Dewar flask whose degree of vacuum was controlled. Switching off the power and changing the degree of vacuum when the temperature of charging was heated to the desired value. Since the Dewar's thermal conducting coefficient mainly depends on the degree of vacuum, so the cooling rate of the charging was controllable to a great extent. A corresponding experiment was carried out to prove its feasibility.
