Quality of bearing steels melted by current methods and with off-furnace treatment with respect of nonmetallic inclusions, gases, and impurities

Nonmetallic inclusions in steel ShKh15 produced with the use of processes of electric arc melting, treatment in a “furnace-ladle” unit and in a vacuum degasser, electroslag and vacuum-arc remelting, etc. are studied.
