// ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: This article contributes to shedding another light on the theme of disabled people's potentialities. In this comparative study, disabled employees turn out to have a higher rate of absenteeism than their abled counterparts but it remains confined to certain categories of employees and is accounted for mainly by sick leaves. The criterion of appreciation shows an equivalent performance for disabled and abled employees except for the few groups of employees identified. Finally, disabled employees turn out to be better performing than abled people as far as the turnover indicator is concerned. |
