Brief Report: Cytogenetic Study of "Hapalemur aureus"

The karyotype of Hapalemur aureus, discovered in 1987, was compared with those of other Hapalemur species. This process placed the Hapalemur aureus in its proper point in the evolutionary tree of the Lemuridae.
