Description
Summary:WHERE is the man whose youth was not inspired by song? Where is the mind mature-where the most serious age-which has not had its way cheered by song as by the constant voice of some mountain stream? And who does not joyfully revert to the time of Youth and Song? Who does not find a sweetness unknown to later hours, in reverting to the vagrant music, the incongruous fancies, the love-born, wayward imaginings of early years-which cause the blood again to tingle, and the hand to write bolder and freer in the remembrance of the old uncontrollable, mystic visitations?
