Central tendency and its impact on three SDy procedures: a case study

Investigated the extent of convergence among standard deviation of job performance in dollar terms estimates from 3 different techniques. Revealed that similarities were attributable to the various measures of central tendency adopted by these procedures. (Abstract amended)
