Career developments and transitions of middle-aged women

The women were classified according to job transition attitudes and behaviours into 4 groups. Significant differences were obtained from 3 developmental perspectives. 3 multivariate discriminant analyses correctly classified the women into the 4 groups. (Abstract amended)
