Summary: | Project GLOBE is a multi-phase, multi-method project in which investigators spanning the world are examining the interrelationships between societal culture, organisational culture, and organisational leadership. 150 social scientists and management scholars from 61 cultures representing all major regions of the world are engaged in this long-term programmatic series of crosscultural leadership studies. The meta-goal of GLOBE is to develop an empirically based theory to describe, understand, and predict the impact of specific cultural variables on leadership and organisational processes and the effectiveness of these processes.
