Cancer incidence of workers in a Finnish sawmill

In 1223 workers with continuous employment of at least 1 year between 1 January 1945 and 31 December 1961, followed until December 1980, 90 cases of primary cancer were detected among the men versus 83.5 expected and 55 cancer cases among the women versus 44.5 expected. (Abstract amended)
