Description
Summary:Presented is a clarification of some points raised by Jane H. Hill & Kenneth C. Hill (see LLBA 21/1, 8701433). The N -aska is found in most Nahuatl dialects & generally occurs only in the possessed form. Claims concerning the status of certain dialect forms put forth by Hill & Hill are discussed. They have provided useful information about dialect forms in Puebla, but have contributed no additional information about use of the root form in other dialects. 17 References. B. Annesser Murray
