Summary: | Reviewing the history of developments in and concerning the Southeast Asia area since 1954, Mr. Deutsch demonstrates the soundness of the position taken by the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association last February—that the position of the United States in Vietnam is legal under international law and in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the Southeast Asia Treaty. The Committee of which Mr. Deutsch is chairman was one of the sponsors of the resolution the House adopted. |
