HOW JUDGES VIEW RETRIAL OF L.A. COPS
The results of a survey of judges on their views of the second Rodney King trial and whether or not it violated the double jeopardy clause are presented. About 62% of the nation's judges said that the second trial of the police officers did not constitute double jeopardy.
