Description
Summary:The impact of the emergence of globalization & global governance on international law is investigated. An overview of the notion of global administrative law is presented, emphasizing how domestic & international institutions combine to conduct global governance & highlighting the difficulty of ensuring the participation & transparency of administrative actors & mechanisms. Several questions concerning the effects of global administrative law on global governance are then raised. Despite the potential detriments of global administrative law, it is concluded that global governance & administrative law have necessitated reconsideration of several feature of international law including the relationship between domestic & international law & sovereign equality among states.
