Inspection and oversight in the federal courts: creating an Office of Inspector General

Recommends that the Administrative Office of the US Courts support creation of an Office of Inspector General for the federal courts to conduct financial audits and program reviews, review legislation, promote efficiency, and prevent waste, fraud, and abuse.
