Response to R. F. Shangraw and M. M. Crow
Though design sciences are making headway as theoretical approaches, they must advance beyond naive theoretical assumptions to become a legitimate force in public administration, management and policy. The design sciences approach of R. F. Sahngraw and M. M. Crow (1989) is discussed.
