Towards a cultural theory of political ideology and mass media in the Muslim world

A cultural theory of political ideology and mass media in the Muslim world is considered. It is suggested that the "Qur'an" and "Hadith" (the sayings and traditions of the Prophet Muhammad) provide the basis for a Muslim cultural theory.
