Summary: | Collaborative models of service integration embedded in a policy perspective will have a positive impact on all children from birth to the start of kindergarten, a group for which there is no single recognized system for delivery of early childhood care and education. Preconditions for successful collaboration, differences between programmatic and policy collaborative models, and the "eagle-eye" versus the "organization-centric" view of integration are discussed. |
