Summary: | The data need to be re-analyzed by age, or at least re-analyzed with 5- and 6-year-old subjects excluded, before the authors broadly classify the HOTV ATS test as "overestimating" rather than the Sloan E-ETDRS test as "underestimating". Because the test order was randomized, it should also be possible to investigate fatigue effects by comparing intra-eye test scores (for example, right eye ATS to right eye E-ETDRS). |
