Summary: | We present a case report to illustrate the differential diagnosis and management of a multiple plexiform schwannoma involving the main nerve trunks of the upper limb in a 4 year-old boy. The tumour was diagnosed by MRI scan and histological examination. A 12 year follow-up is presented in which, despite multiple recurrences, the condition has been controlled by surgical means and the limb salvaged. |
