High H2 Adsorption in a Microporous Metal-Organic Framework with Open Metal Sites

A copper‐based metal–organic framework (MOF) has been synthesized, and its structure has been solved by X‐ray crystallography (see picture; Cu blue, C black, O red, framework pore yellow). The remarkably high hydrogen adsorption properties (2.47 wt %) of this compound have been studied.
