Modification to Endotracheal Tube Connectors for Cleft Lip and Palate Anesthesia

Endotracheal tube connectors occasionally get blocked by the chest wall after the circuit is disconnected in children undergoing cleft lip and palate surgeries. This paper presents a modification to the connectors designed to maintain patient airway patency in such a circumstance.
