Summary: | Visceral vasculitis and pancreatic pseudocyst are rare manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We describe a patient with SLE who presented with spontaneous bilateral perinephric and retroperitoneal haematoma secondary to polyarteritis nodosa (PAN)-like vasculitis of the renal arteries, which subsequently evolved into systemic vasculitis with pancreatic pseudocyst formation. |
