Description
Summary:LOPMAN: I refer to this as "light bulb" management. I don't know if you're familiar with that term. I learned it from a mentor of mine. Our patients can't judge how good we are in the operating room. But they can judge us on appearance. If they walk in and a light bulb is out, they may wonder whether we can provide them with the right chemotherapy if we can't even keep a light bulb on. It sets the mental state for the rest of the experience.
