For the patient. Enlarged heart found in Nigerians reporting with chronic kidney failure

This study explored long-standing kidney disease and heart enlargement in Nigeria to evaluate the degree of enlargement and factors affecting it in aptients with long-standing kidney disease at first presentation before they began dialysis. Results found 95.5% incidences of heart enlargement.
