Summary: | EDITORIAL COMMENT: We accepted this communication for publication as a special report because the author is presenting a medical lifetime's experience and frustration produced by restrictive legislation in the State of Victoria concerning the practice of surrogacy. Incidentally, the editor confesses an inability to name any 'strict medical indication’ for so‐called traditional surrogacy! |
