Misleading hyperprolactinaemia in pregnancy

Heaney discuss the case of a 33-year-old woman with a regular 28-day menstrual cycle who came to a gynecology unit with subfertility. This case illustrates the importance of considering the diagnosis of macroprolactinemia in patients with sustained hyperprolactinemia and few or no symptoms.
