Necrobiotic xanthogranuloma with paraproteinaemia

SUMMARY A 51‐year‐old woman developed multiple periorbital nodules. The subsequent demonstration of IgGλ paraproteinaemia and the histological features of necrobiotic xanthogranulomatous inflammation confirmed the clinical diagnosis of necrobiotic xanthogranuloma with paraproteinaemia.
