Co-receptors on B lymphocytes

Co-receptors have been shown to regulate the antigenreceptor signaling threshold for B cell responses by modulating the activation of signaling molecules that are essential for transmitting a signal through the antigen-receptor. Description
Summary:Co-receptors have been shown to regulate the antigenreceptor signaling threshold for B cell responses by modulating the activation of signaling molecules that are essential for transmitting a signal through the antigen-receptor. Co-receptors appear to modulate the signaling threshold for B cell tolerance distinctly from that for B cell activation.
