Summary:Common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) is a heterogeneous group of disorders, characterized by hypogammaglobulinemia and increased susceptibility to recurrent pyogenic infections, autoimmunity, and malignancies. Twenty-five cases with CVID (18 male and 7 female) and 25 healthy volunteers were investigate in this study. Soluble CD30 (sCD30) serum levels of the subjects were measured and compared.
