Eating Disorder Patients’ Opinions of Cafeteria-Style vs Hospital-Style Presentation of Meals

A report on a study comparing cafeteria-style serving of food versus hospital-style to patients with eating disorders is presented. After an initial period in which apprehension of change were expressed, patients found benefit in the cafeteria-style presentation of meals.
