Summary: | The layered peptide array (LPA) is a recently developed technique designed to measure antibody levels in a multiplex, high-throughput manner. LPAs can assess antibody presence either in fluid samples or from tissues while maintaining the two-dimensional orientation of the life science platform. In this manuscript, we evaluated and assessed the performance of the LPA platform, focusing on throughput capability, sensitivity, and specificity of the assay in several different systems. |
