Polymerase-Directed Synthesis of 2‘-Deoxy-2‘-fluoro-β-D-arabinonucleic Acids

A series of DNA polymerases were found to catalyze DNA-directed synthesis of 2‘-deoxy-2‘-fluoro-arabinonucleic acids (FANA) as well as FANA-directed DNA synthesis in vitro.
