Summary: | A recent report on the association between pregnancies and breast cancer risk in a large cohort of 1601 BRCA1/2 mutation carriers is discussed. They showed that later age at first full-term pregnancy was associated with a reduction in the risk of breast cancer for BRCA1 mutation carriers.
