Summary:Malignant neoplasms of the nose and paranasal sinuses are not common among the general population. We present a retrospective study of 291 cases of malignant tumors of the nose and paranasal sinuses that were diagnosed in a northern Romanian population over a period of 35 years. We review the etiology, diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of these tumors.
