Summary: | Sixty-one thallium-201 myocardial single-photon emission computed tomograms were compared with coronary artery angiograms in patients with transposition of the great arteries after the arterial switch operation. The specificity and sensitivity of myocardial single-photon emission computed tomography for predicting coronary artery lesions were 78% and 69%, respectively, whereas positive and negative predictive values were 74% and 73%. |
