Summary: | OBJECTIVE: To determine the prevalence of syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH) among older hyponatremic patients in a subacute geriatric facility, to identify patients with no apparent cause for the SIADH (idiopathic SIADH), and to determine their clinical characteristics.
