Milia en plaque

Milia en plaque is a rarely reported entity which is usually appearing in the auricular region. We describe a well‐defined, U‐shaped milia en plaque arizing in the infraorbital area, and emphasize that it should be considered in the differential diagnosis of xanthalesma.
