Summary:Extramedullary plasmacytomas are an immunoproliferative, monoclonal disease of B-cell lineage and are classified as non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Cutaneous extramedullary plasmacytomas are rare. We report 2 cases of transplantation-associated cutaneous extramedullary plasmacytomas in a setting of chronic immunosuppression.
