Relation of platelet inactivation with intravenous glycoprotein IIb/IIIa antagonists to major bleeding (from the GOLD study)

Analysis of the GOLD study examining the incidence of lbeeding complications found that the level of platelet inhibition was not correlated with bleeding complications. However, the degree of anticoagulation was correlated with bleeding risk.
