Summary:We report on a case of a 67 year old male who had a cyst in the seminal vesicle region on sonography. The computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging findings included a seminal vesical cyst with an intracystic tumor associated with an ipsilateral renal agenesis and are demonstrated. Postoperatively the diagnosis of an intracystic papillary adenoma in a seminal vesicle cyst was made histologically.
