Photovoltaic Devices from Fullerene-Oligophenyleneethynylene Conjugates

Plastic solar cells prepared from fullerene–oligophenyleneethynylene (OPE) conjugates have efficiencies and sensitivities increased by one order of magnitude on increasing the donating ability of the conjugated oligomer. R=C8H17.
