Two dynamic changes of air (including air pressure pulsation and internal circulation) in the fermentor can increase mass and heat transfers, as well as improve the porosity within the substrate. The reactor is novel and of significance in exploiting numerous socioeconomic advantages of solid-state fermentation. |
