An unusual way to diagnose a rare case of bladder carcinoma in a patient with Crohn's disease

Crohn's disease of unknown etiology may involve the urinary tract and may include a mass lesion on cystoscopy. We present an unusual case of asymptomatic urinary bladder carcinoma in a patient undergoing surgery for Crohn's ileitis.
