Summary: | Lymphomatoid granulomatosis is a diseases affecting the pulmonary system which is not usually associated with involvement of the central nervous system (CNS). Isolated central nervous system involvment is rare. This case, of a 65-year-old male, was notable not only as a case of lymphomatoid granulomatosis with isolated central nervous system involvement, but also with the unusual occurrence of a temporal pattern of regression and recrudescence of individual lesions not related to therapeutic intervention. |
