Successful Pharmacological Treatment and Treatment of Large Soft-Tissue Ulceration With Split-Thickness Skin Graft in a Chronically Critical Ischemic Leg
The authors present the results of preoperative and postoperative prostacyclin analog treatment with skin grafting in a large ulceration of a chronic critical ischemic leg in a man who had lost his contralateral extremity 5 years ago. Healing was uneventful at the 6-month follow-up.
