Description
Summary:We describe a 2-year-old patient with an orbital lymphangioma who presented with massive proptosis. We highlight the importance of magnetic resonance imaging in evaluating such patients, because physical examination can be misleading. We also demonstrate the difficulties of managing recurrent hemorrhages when only subtotal excision is possible, as is frequently the case.
