Summary:Summary We report here a patient of orofacial conidiobolomycosis presenting with classical centrofacial distribution described typically for Conidiobolus coronatus infection. Zusammenfassung Es wird die Kasuistik eines ansonsten gesunden Mannes mit orofazialer Conidiobolomykose vorgestellt mit einem klinischen Bild, wie es mit klassischer centrofazialer Verteilung für Conidiobolus coronatus beschrieben ist. In der Kultur wuchs jedoch C. incongruus. Der Infektionsmodus und mögliche Bezüge zum Beruf des Patienten werden diskutiert.
