Zusammenfassung
Es wird die Kasuistik eines ansonsten gesunden Mannes mit orofazialer Conidiobolomykose vorgestellt mit einem klinischen Bild, wie es mit klassischer centrofazialer Verteilung für Conidiobolus coronatus beschrieben ist. In der Kultur wuchs jedoch C. incongruus. Der Infektionsmodus und mögliche Bezüge zum Beruf des Patienten werden diskutiert. |
