Al-Doping Effects on the Structural Change of MgB2

by doping originates largely from structural changes and the structure properties play an important role in influencing the normal-superconductor transport. The introduction of defects into the Mg layers and other aluminum compound (Al

O
3
, MgAlB
4
) impurity phases both influence the polycrystalline structure. |
