Summary:One new species of the planthopper genus Epora Walker (Hemiptera: Fulgoromorpha: Tropiduchidae), E. bilemisca sp. nov. (southern China: Hainan) is described and illustrated. A key to the known species of the genus from China is also provided. The types are deposited in the Entomological Museum, Northwest A & F University, Yangling, Shaanxi Province, China (NWAFU).
